If you’re fit your resting heart rate will be lower.
And, the time it takes for your heart rate to recover back to normal after exericise is less.
But, if you’re fit does that mean your heart rate will get higher if you exercise than if you’re unfit?
Say you have two similar age people, one fit and one not. Hypothetically, if they both exercise flat out will the fit one have the higher heart rate?

From what ive learned it shouldnt be higher
the fitter person has a stronger heart
than the unfit one
which means that it takes less beats to get the oxygen from the heart to the body

That is not quite h ow it works. If you are fit you can exercise longer at a higher heart rate without damage than an unfit person can.
