I am 16 year old male and not so long ago i was in a gym and i was using the bikes, treadmills, weight machines etc. After using all the machines for over an hour without stopping i noticed that my heart rate was 130 on the machines. Is this heart rate bad? If so what should it be and how can i get it down to that?

it depends on how out of shape you are when i first started excercising my heart rate would go above that but if you stick to it everyday your body gets used to it and it gets lower at the same pace its not bad it just means you are in the fat burning mode you have to have a high heart rate while burning fat its called cardio but as a precaution you should always talk with your doctor about any excercise regime you are doing.
pace yourself. have incriments of say 1 minute after each exersice to chill a little. and the machine is prolly wrong lol.
