The link below briefly describes the fellowship Don't let anyone deter you from your path if that is what you want to do... just work hard, stay focussed and keep your dream in mind. do that and you will succeed. Finding jobs once you are done are easy to find... there continues to be a shortage of most types of doctors... focus more on doing something that you enjoy b/c the job market will be more different than when you started out.. for obvious reasons. "(easiness in )Finding a job" is not something that happens in the realm of the medical professional at that level--all are employed. No one comes out from all that training & is unable to find a position.
