tell him your not feeling the same connection from when you berly dated and you need some time to think about it.
you can't do anything to not break his heart. what you CAN do is not break it into too many pieces. try asking him out to the movies, lunch whatever. make him happy.
at the end of the day…tell him nicely that you don't want to be in a relationship and you want to concentrate on studying. act as if you are really unhappy about it. he might understand. if he doesn't, say that your mom is making you do this.
i think this is one of the best ways to break up? leave some memorable memories…or you can just jump up at his face and tell him that you dont love him anymore and he is a great big pig perv.

i would not feel bad for him if he was being a perv and you wanted to break up with him. but maybe you can confront him about him acting the way hes acting and tell him you dont like it, maybe he will stop? but if you really want to break up with him just tell him you dont really want a boyfriend right now im sure he would understanddd.
