In my other question the other day about working different muscle groups, someone told me that when I do cardio I should run at 75-80% of my max heart rate, otherwise I won’t be burning fat but muscle also. I don’t want to burn the muscle, but do the treadmills at the gym show your max heart rate? Becasue then you could modify your run to be about 75-80% of it, right?
