I have an end of term project in gym, and one of the questions is about calculating the maximum heart rate. But we didn’t learn how. Does anyone know the formula to calculate your maximum heart rate?
and you’ll get the best answer if you can also tell me how to find the range your target heart rate should be in.

Target heart rate is between 50% and 85% of your max rate.
