My heart rate has been staying around 120 for the past two days. I am 30 weeks pregnant. I have already went to my doctor about it, but they never gave me a reason to why my heart rate is so high. It usually stays around 80. What would cause such a rapid heart rate to come on all of a sudden, and stay?

I just had this problem at 35 and 1/2 weeks, but i ended up in the hospital. My drs told me it was due to dehydration, uti && my blood count being extremely low. I hope this helped.
I thought it would be because of the extra blood flow/circulation but youre 30 weeks so that threw me off…
