My father-in-law had successful open heart surgery 9 months ago. We live in another country and I worry that my husband will regret not living closer to his father as he only sees him once a year. I wonder whether we should pack up and move closer to his parents. We are better off in the country we live and it is better here for our girls to grow up but then both our parents live in the same town overseas.
