My heart rate for the past couple of years has been anywhere from 110 and 130 beats per minute. Is that normal, and if not is it a problem?

for a normal healthy person..the standard heartbeat given in science is 72 beats per min..more or less…in your case…if your heartbeat is tt during exercise its normal…but if it tt high even when resting tt means u seriously have smtin wrong goin on in ur body…it ranges from mild simple things like fear fright anxiety as all these cause ur heartbeat to go and and can be deadly as heart disease and stuff…best thing to do go and see a doctor and explain to him the situation and ask him for examples when the heart beat can go high and compare to wad u have been doing…the important thing is ur heartbeat is high seriously…and not good fer ur health
Normal resting heart rates ranges anywhere from 40 beats per minute up to 100 beats per minute. Ideally you want to be between 60-90 beats per minute, with the average resting heart rate for a man being 70 beats per minute, and for a woman 75 beats per minute.
It also differs according to age.
my standing heart rate is b/w 70-80.
110-130 sounds pretty high.
60-100 for general public. It increases with exercise.
If this is your heartrate at rest, seek a doctor's evaluation.
for a normal person it should be 60 to 80 beats per minute
A normal heartrate is between 60 and 100. If you feel you have a fast heart rate that is not the norm for you, you should see a doctor. A fast heart rate can be due to an abnormally high level of thyroid hormones, an adrenal gland tumor, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmia, lung problems such as pneumonia or a blood clot. It can also be a side effect of certain foods and drinks including coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolate, tobacco, and certain medications. Please see your doctor for an exam and testing to determine what the exact cause may be.
Honestly that's a bit fast for a resting pulse. I would expect it to be faster like that if you were walking quickly or something, but if that is your normal resting pulse, then you might want to see if your doctor might do a thyroid test on you.
A good agerage "normal" heartrate is anywhere from 70-90 bpm.
I really would see your doctor about it and rule out any dangerous situations.
Good Luck!!
the avarage is 80 beats per minut
That is not normal. The average is between 80-90 hbpm
You are "tachycardic" your standing heart rate should be between 60-100 beat per minute.
Tachycardia is when he heart beats too fast, it's not a good thing.
See your doctor and keep these things in mind: Regular Exercide helps keep your heart rate at a normal level (after you are done of course), good eating habits- ow cholesterol and low fat diet, maintaining ahealthy weight, being overweight makes your heart have to work harder, and stress and anxiety can increase your heart rate.
See your doctor soon! Good luck!
